Just finished installing the CT90 big bore kit and had to write before
I wiped the big smile off of my face. Works great. In your posts on
the product page your other customers talk about having it on with a
sport cam and/or a bigger carb but anyone looking at whether or not to
go for it should know that it works just fine with a stock carb and
your inexpensive (ie cheap) after market stock 19mm carb, and still
gives that extra pull the 90c.c. was simply missing. If you are going
to keep it on sale for that price I would highly recommend it over
even a simple replacement piston or a .25 or .50 replacement . Also,
I had to go to 4 different shops before I could find someone who was
willing to bore the cylinder to this size, everyone thought I was
crazy. But after the 4th guy actually went and did it he couldn't
figure what the hell the fuss was about. Plenty of room there. If
anyone in the Saskatoon/ Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada region is having
problems finding someone who will do the bore out let me know I'd be
more than happy to pass this shops name along great guy, great work at
a reasonable price. If anyone finds a shop that is hesitant, just tell
them to go ahead and get it done.

Doc; I got my CT90 back togather with the 104 piston and the 22MM 110 carb. and I ported the head+ I put a 110 ATC cam in it!!!! It hauls butt Holy Cow!!!!!!! That old KO90 1966 never ran like it does now!!! Just wanted to say THANKS 4 all your help!!! Latter.
